Subletter: check

I had a talk on Thursday with a rather insecure looking blond girl from Hengelo, and her mother who drove her there. I called her today to let her know that I rather have someone more mature, as she looked like someone who had little experience with living on her own.

I received a textmessage after the call, pleading for me to consider her anyway. I called her back to ask why she sent me thetext and she made a strong case that made me change my mind. So I now have a new subletter, who will drop by next Wednesday for the contract and the keys.

To be hinest, I'm a sucker for women who know what they want and pursue even when they are rejected. That is how I got into the trainee program and how I came to join the Oum Kolthoum Project. Me like strong willed women and I'm glad that I can give her good news after all.
