Resolutions for 2013

I have a good life and live it the way I want to. The most heard of resolutions are about things that I already do or have (I could start smoking just so I could quit). I work out, I make food choices that make me happy and healthy, I know what my priorities in life are. I don't make good intentions once a year, I make them every single day of my life and I act on them. I read a really good blogpost last week that rang true to me: close the deal. The world doesn't care that you are a great artist on the inside, if you never produce something that the outside world can see. Being the best person you want to be means having results to show for it.
Back to myresolutions for 2013. A resolution should be: 1) sensible, 2) obtainable and 3) measurable. I have limited time and energy to put into my resolutions so I should not pick too many things, or things that are too complicated to achieve. For those who talked with me about my bucket list, good intentions are directly tied to the list. If the two are not correlating, find your focus first before progressing into action. So here they are:
Family, friends, love: I've been meeting with my friends and family on a regular base and I have done a lot of stuff in 2012 to learn more about love and what I want in a relationship. In 2013 there will be less experimenting (been there, done that) and more solidifying. Meaning: less making new friends, more effort and attention to the people that are already here. We'll see what happens with regards to love, I have a good feeling about the guy I am dating now.
Weight, health, working out: I'm good on those and believe that I will continue this behavior through 2013.
House, decluttering and organizing: I wanted to go out and buy a house and I still believe that 2013 might be the year where I will move out of my current house. No idea where to, what location or in what kind of situation but I estimate it highly likely. Overall I'm pretty content with my decluttering and organziing habits, as I have finally managed to squeeze everything into the available storage space and I'm going beyond that goal by freeing up storage space as we speak.
My goal for 2013 will be going through all my stuff once and decide whether I want to keep it or not. I will do this by spending one hour every week on a small portion of my house. A kitchen cabinet, a wardrobe, a box with make-up, my fabric stash....
Dance, hobbies, self exploration: I will continue to elarn new things, yet I also need to solidify the things that I learned in the past year by repeating and continuing the effort that I put in. I will continue my weekly classes in ballet, badminton and horseback riding. I will continue to teach 4 hours of BD classes per week, at least for the next semester. I am participating in Replyhazy's DVD challenge to watch and review at least one instructional dvd a month. I am participating in FaKyMa in 2012 and doing Aziza's DreamBootCamp.
Money: doing fine
Work: I have some goals to achieve, like getting better at political steering in meetings, deciding what course I want to do this year, that kind of thing. I also need to get cracking on the bigger picture: what would I like to do/be in five years time?
