You know when you create something, halfway you have to stop and curse because you want something done in a specific way and realise that it will take you FOREVER to get it right? That's right now.
The outerdress is almost finished and has some of the neatest hems ever on the skirt and sleeves. I already started cursing about those last monday. Today I'm finishing the edges in the sleeves, which are curved. I searched wide and far for gold biastape, but couldn't find it. I'm finishing the edges with green biastape and want to edge it 5 mm from the edge with the gold trim that I bought, but don't know if I can curve it that much. Damn!
One sleeve has the biastape done and it looks good. I'm gathering enough courage to get the other sleeve done. I hate bias tape. If everything goes well, I'll update with pictures tonight. If it doesn't go well, I'll come back to curse some more. Bugger!
