grand bustle - update II

I finished all the boning casings and the five ruffles in the back. I still have to add a casing to the bottom of the bustle (see blue line in pictures) and cut the boning tomorrow. The ruffles already add a lot of body to the back, I can't wait to add the boning and see what my true form skirt looks like when worn over a bustle.
