Tomorrow is the end presentation of the 7th course: Europe and e-governemnt. We'll get graded depending on our presentation, then four more weeks for the next block and then six weeks free of university on friday!

Things seem to be moving along in my project too: we've determined a kick-off date and I tried to book a location. However, the location that the person from SZW wanted turned out to be too expensive (1600 euro). So I did a lot of searching around for other venues, while in the meantime trying to get through to her that booking a location within two weeks is hard. Ah well, we'll see about that on monday. Turns out the other options are between 1000-1200 euro, so in the end she might go with the more expensive one.

We're supposed to organise this 'together'with SZW. However, this is a core part of my project, so I'm doing a lot of the running around and planning things. It's highly annoying that the SZW people don't call back, or inform us way too late about a change of plans. Or simply don't tell their boss what's going on, so we have to repeat stuff over and over again. To me it seems like they like the idea of getting this thing started, and participating and acting is a minor thing you'll have to do to get it over with. Wondering what I was like when I worked for BZK. Did I act like that? Yes, a little bit with the organising of the workshops about creating forms. Then again, I was not judged on the content of the workshop, but on wether we could create a nice article around the workshop and tell the Staatsecretaris how we were doing.
