A ten solution worksheet for producing feel-good experiences

For the lovers, the dreamers and me: you can also cut the ten actions up into a daily thing for ten days. I admit that some work better for me then others, just take out of it what fits with  who you are right now.

For the haters (you know who you are!): Yeah I know, it's very American, result focused, blahblahblah. The time and energy you just spend on dismissing this link and gong through your negative feedback loop in your head, you could have done one of the the things on that page and even if it doesn't bring you closer to happiness, it sure won't make you feel worse so shut up and get going!

To set an example, here's number 6:
6. Fill in the blanks. I ____________ what I love, and I love what I ____________.

I do what I love, and I love what I do. It's as simple as that!
