Some of my LJ friends use descriptive terms: "Browneyes", "Carpenter", "Tall Guy." I also like that one friend's husband is known as "Juggler."

Then there's one friend who uses "Himself," which sounds a bit Irish to me in an amusing way.

I just use "B" because I begrudge the characters, but at one point I used "Zilla" which was part of his nickname.

Then there's jassugirl whose husband is simply "Boy" sometimes. :)

One that took me a while to figure out was "the DO". My mind tries to make this a medical term, but it means Dear One.
