Optic Fibre Dude was nice, he drilled the holes to get the connecting wire up from the entrance point (space undernetah the downstairs hallway) up to our livingroom (first floor) and checked all three computers to see if it worked. Our network is protected BTW, so you can use it if you're staying over but you'll need a password.

Also, having OFD over meant looking at our house through the eyes of a stranger. We have a lot of cleaning up and decluttering to do. Made a start, but I expect we need to continue this for the rest of the week.
