In celebration of my freshly replastered wall, I give you: razor sharp picture of my new costume!! Yes, that wall will be white soon, but it seemed like the best backdrop right now.
The custom made Eman. I ordered this costume in May. Eman draged me to her bedroom to show me this fabric in white and we decided on something classy. My words were:'like a star from the white screen in the forties'. It has build in shorts, clear bra straps and three pieces of fabric on the bra cups that can be tied in a million ways. The beading is chunky with a lot of swarovski beads and short fringe that makes the most delightful rustling sound when I move.
I wore it yeaterday for the performance with the live band, to Zourouni (lyrics: 'Visit me, it would be a shame if you forget me, visit me at least once a year')
