Remember when I wrote how I was relieved about the whole birth experience being okay and going smoothly? Dealing with the afterrmath turns out to be a bit tedious. My pelvic floor has been stretched around the cute little head of our daughter and has apparently, not turned back to it's previous job of supporting my organs and controlling my bladder. In short, when I run or jump, I pee myself.
I'm doing my kegel exercises as I always had a very strong pelvic floor and I hope that it will turn things around. Because I'm a but young to start buying Tena pads in bulk, and I like to keep being active. As cheesy as the Tena lady adds sound, it really is a very emberrasing issue and it is holding me back from certain activities. Blegh.
The good news is that I did the 30 day shred levl 2 today and I did not die. And I probably lost a couple of ounces during the jumping jacks in urine alone, so it sure is effective.

I don't know how true this is but just to be on the safe side I'm trying to do lots of squats.
Nice work doing level 2!
