It's been a while since I wrote updates in my lj on my wardrobe and combinations of clothes/shoes. I feel I might do an update on the subject soon, as I feel I am redefining my taste again. But first I needed to go out and buy some essential items: socks.
The thing is that there was a bit of a snowball effect going on today. See, I started out by wanting to buy socks and I ended up coming home with an iPad 2. This is what went down: today is Glamour Shop till you drop-day. If you carry the last issue of Glamour magazine with you, you receive 20% off at most of the stores in the city. I haven't been out to shop for stuff in three months or so, due to the Oum Kolthoum project. When I spotted the discount, I bought myself the issue of Glamour (3 euro) and went to the H&M to buy my socks (with a 5 euro discount). As I was leaving the store, I thought to myself: well, I also need some stuff from the Bodyshop, I might as well go there too right now.( Read more... )
I am now restricted to not buying any luxury item until January 2012, but I don't care. Weehee, iPad fun!
