yay: I finished the first draft the thrity page booklet for beginning students and gave it to a test reader. It needs more artwork and some editing, but overall I am happy with how it turned out. Was planning on making it a freebie, but am now considering to hand out free hardcopies to new students and sell it on bol.com for a couple of euro's to see how the system works. (foreign readers: bol.com is the Dutch amazon.com, they allow users to publish written books through their online store)

nay: there is not enough time in this week.I am looking at second hand wardrobes with mirrors and I can't figure out the planning because it would not fit into our car. Right now, the process of asking my father in law or my own father to borrow his car alter this week, plus the whole idea of getting in a ca and driving is way into  my stress zone.

I just uploaded my costuming book (B/W, 85 pages) and the booklet (30 pages, 7 color, rest B/W) to try the Brave New Books publisher. Short notes:
-it only accepts manuscripts of 40+ pages
-options for editing your bookcover are limited but sufficient
-if you want to publish online, you need to buy an ISBN (13 euro), even if you already have one! No option for purchasing one by yourself (7 euro) are given.
- the price for my costuming book as e-book is roughly 9 euro with an okay margin, but thinks get expensive quickly with print books: the B/W book will cost app. 20 euro, while the 30 page booklet would cost 18 euro. Most of the cost is going to the publisher, website and ofcourse printing cost.
